We cannot accept any returns on drink mix purchases once it has left our store and shipped off! Please contact us if there are any issues with your order!

• Carefully add approximately 6oz of warm/hot water to cup.
• Pour ALL contents into warm water and swirl until dissolved. (Allow foam to go down).
• SLAM! Yes, slam/pack ice into cup and top off with water! TIP: Nugget or crushed ice is preferred by all of the locals!
• If your drink includes a “topper”, sprinkle contents on top!
• Shake/Stir and enjoy!
